On Campus in Aiht- CSS
Hi friends . I am in a confused state whether i should be proud to say or i should be ashamed to say that my college got an first on-campus .CSS. Dont mistake it for Cascading style sheet. It was
Cybernet Slash Support. Totally 150 students attended the ppt(power point presentation) in the morning and after they announced the salary and other informations the strength reduced to 75 . Since the salary was 8000 starting and after two months they will increment it to 10k and after training period they will check for the performance and then decide to give more salary or not. The most funniest thing is that they had a bond of 8 months. I couldnt tolerate that when i heard from my friends. So i expect a nice comments from you friends. Come on fire……

Not surprising, the poor turnout.
Poor salaries coupled with abnormal working hours and meaningless bonds.

It’s funny that people actually left without even trying it as a backup job. I would have attended to chumma put scene that I have two job offers. It’s also funny that many people in our college don’t even qualify for this job.
CSS is actually a pretty good company. The software development part of it, atleast. Not the call center.
Bond period is too much but the attrition rate will be very high for BPOs so it’s a measure of protection for them.

What college you study in? No way it can be worse than ours, unless you study in SMIT or Sriram.

Marc:Me studying at thangavelu,For any info about our coll jus contact your friend vinod…We are not suppose to attend any off campus due to some prestige bull shit..
Rachel:Not kiddin, fact !!atleast you have staff’s for all the subject…At my coll i have only 3 staffs in my dept…

Not to attend off campus is quite awful, no use having staff here man. They don’t know anything only we have to teach them except very few.
