Airtel Paid me
Hi Friends. Airtel gave a compensation of 250 rs and asked me to pay an amount of 474 rupees for that month. Again the same problem has started and i faced internet failure in the evening after the heavy rain. I don’t want the same thing to happen and i have registered a complaint to them immediately and to the surprise a Airtel person called me after few mins and then asked when i will be in my house tomorrow so that they may come and check the fault. I was really surprised. Do the BSNL people give a proper response like AIRTEL ?

BSNL will give a proper bill even they cant tel how it came so much.. Can AIRTEL give like tat????

Told you they’d give compensation.
How can you compare a respected efficient company like Airtel with shit like BSNL?

If the same issue occurs to me. I should be paying bribe to them to make them come and take a look at it! And hopefully fix it in another decade or so!!!

Hey guys for your surprise , the same problem occurred to me also few days back and neither my land line nor my internet was working.SO i asked ramprasad to give complaint for me , he gave the complaint i the morning and the service man had visited the same day before 12 in the afternoon.But the service provider i am talking here is BSNL !!!

They might have come there for some other repairs and they would have attended your problem along with that. No sooner they will come for an individual complaint alone.
